t’s almost like the early days of the romance between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie — if Brangelina had been a couple of teenagers on the Disney Channel. But while report after report states that Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez are dating, the two continue to deny any romance.

However, it looks like Selena might have slipped a little and revealed her true feelings. When gossip website liesangeles.com told the teen star that she and the youngest Jonas Brother “make a cute couple,” she smiled and said, “Thanks!”

And she didn’t stop there, gushing about her maybe-boyfriend: “He is a very good-hearted guy and he’s very passionate about what he does.”

After eating some ice cream and picking up a few things from H&M, the family then made a quick stop at the Burbank Media shopping district. At Target, Selena looked at birthday cards and had a few giggles at the toy department while looking at Hannah Montana dolls.

Last but not least Disney’s next big thing, Selena Gomez, soaks up the sun! The tween sensation hit the beach in Zuma, just north of Malibu, on Sunday. Her boyfriend, fellow tween heartthrob Nick Jonas, is currently on tour and was unable to attend. So, instead, the Wizards of Waverly place actress spent the day with pals, including her co-star David Henrie, whom Selena lathered up with sunscreen.
